2. Shop online using the provided US mailbox address and Reference ID.

When your purchase is complete, upload your invoice (Login to the dashboard) choose delivery options (Store pickup, for Delivery option choose Home or Office delivery)

3. We will notify you each step of the way

– As soon as we receive your package in our Miami warehouse

– When your package is on its way to Jamaica

– When your package arrives in the island

– And when your package is ready for delivery

Your packages usually take about a week to get to Jamaica it there is no delay with the flight. As soon as we receive your packages at our warehouse facility in Miami, we immediately prepare them for freight to Jamaica.

Customs Duties are charged on packages exceeding USD$50 in value.

The duty rates are applied based on customs tariff codes which is applied by the Customs officer processing the shipment.

The exchange rate is based on the Bank of Jamaica (BOJ) daily exchange rate on any given day.

1. Yes as soon as we receive your package at our Miami warehouse an email will be sent to you as a pre-alert to inform you that we have received the package.

2. Once the package has arrived in Jamaica another email will be sent to you alerting you of its arrival.

3. As soon as the package has been processed at the airport in Kingston, another email will be sent to notify you that the process is completed.

4. The final email will be sent once your package is at our pick up location and is ready to be collected, along with any outstanding balances.

The payment methods are cash, credit cards or debit cards and manager’s cheques, or online payment.
